How can I place an order?
Click “Add to Cart” for items you would like to purchase from there you may be asked to further specify which color you would like the item in and what size you need. You’re your cart view, click on “Continue Shopping” to look at other products. You can click on “View Cart” at any time to review the items in your cart. After you have made changes and updated the quantities and items you want, click on “Checkout Now” to finish.

How will I know my order was placed?
Once you click "Place Order", an email confirmation containing your order number will be sent to the email address you entered on your order form.

How can I contact StarletShop.com?
We love our customers. We will do our best to answer all of your questions.  Email us at customer@tanille.com and we will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours.

What is Backordered and how will it affect my order?

Sometimes we have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our fulfillment center, or that is currently sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items online to hold your favorite color or size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise will be sent with your order confirmation. We do our best to keep these dates as updated and accurate as possible. Please note, strenuous circumstances we may experience delays.

We will hold you order until all items are ready for shipping.
